Columbia, MSColumbia Water ParkSeptember 11 Cruisin' The Pearl Please join us Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the Columbia Water Park for a fundraiser in support of the Wounded Warriors of Mississippi and our local volunteer fire department. Even if you don’t compete; mark your calendars to attend! The event will feature an open car show and registration is from 8:00 -12:00 for $25.00. We will have a pancake breakfast, chili cook-off, local entertainment, food/craft vendors & fun for all ages. We will also have a 50/50 split the pot, trophies and door prizes. Our event marks the 20th anniversary of 9/11. At 10:00 we will have an opening ceremony to pay respect to the 2977 people who lost their lives that fateful day and the lives lost since as a direct result . During the ceremony, Colors will be posted, the National Anthem will be sung, the Pledge of Allegiance said and we will have prayer and moment of silence.
