You can help prepare a calendar of events, advertise your rod run or car show, discuss any new problems you may have encountered with your particular rod run, exchange club rosters and list of officers, and share any information as well as ideas and suggestions on street rodding in MS. NSRA Rep. “CW” Smith will be on hand. Hopefully, some other guest will be there to make presentations. Each club is asked to send at least one representative, but as many as you want to send are welcome. Lunch will be in the meeting room. Plan to pick up your tab here, but there will be no other expense to attend. Street rod vendors are also welcome to come and make contacts with clubs for their appearances at the various events for 2016, out of state clubs are also welcome to participate. July 4 Mississippi Gulf Coast 1st Annual July 4th Cruise. I would like to invite anyone who hasn’t made plans or who has a couple of hours to join me in honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our 4th of July. We will be starting at Waveland Veterans Memorial Park. As there is no parking at the memorial itself, parking can be found next door at the Garfield Ladnear Peir (125 N. Beach Blvd, on the left). We will take a break at the Long Beach Pavilion, then proceed to the Biloxi National Cemetery, AKA the Biloxi Veterans Cemetery, and then proceed to the Mississippi Vietnam Veterans Memorial. I look forward to seeing all who can come.
Schedule of events: 0945: arrival at the Waveland Veterans Memorial Park 0955: gather at the memorial. 1000: observe 60 seconds of silence in memory of those lost.
1005: depart for Long Beach Pavilion. 1030 ish: arrive at Long Beach Pavilion.
1100: Depart for Biloxi National Cemetery, 1130 ish: Arrive at Biloxi National Cemetery. 1145 Observe 60 seconds of silence in memory of those lost.

Cruise about 25-30 mph; This is not a race. We want to give President Trump lots of exposure.
8:45am: Stage in Downtown Bay St. Louis park where you can. We will meet along Restaurant row in Bay St. Louis and as you can find parking.
9:00am: Leave from Downtown Bay St. Louis. Follow in Single file following the lead vehicle.
9:20ish: Drop Down to Sand Beach, Approved by Harrison County Sand Beach, from Trautman Ave via Equipment Ramp, to Jeff Davis Ave., Long Beach. Travel about a Mile on the beach, stay in line with markers, please. Mississippi Boaters for Trump will be staged off the Beach to support Trump and Root the Land Loving Jeepers along the beach.
Each Jeep will be required to show proof of insurance and make a donation to "The Woman's Resource Center" in Harrison County. $5 or more recommended as you enter the Sand Beach Area.
9:45ish: Small Break - Pass through Jones Park/ Harbor Area empty parking lot on south side of Hwy 90 near Gulfport Port. Check your ice chest safety. (This may change)
10:35ish: Mississippi Boaters for Trump will be staged off the Old Gornflo's Bar property to cheer on Jeepers for Trump as we arrive onto the Biloxi Ocean Springs Bridge.
10:45ish: End Downtown Ocean Springs (Support Trump; meaning hang out and fly flags)
Once we reach Ocean Springs feel free to enjoy the downtown area or COASTAL DAQUARI in Long Beach, MS will welcome everyone for the afternoon.

As you may be aware, our facility has been on "restricted access" mode since March. It is our highest priority to maintain the health and safety of our Veteran residents. I am hoping you could help us get the word out, that AFRH-G will be able to invite Cruisers to DRIVE THROUGH on Tuesday Oct 6th between 2 and 3pm. Due to COVID restrictions, there can be NO STOPPING, NO THROWS OR HANDOUTS, NO CONTACT WITH ANY RESIDENTS. I know our veterans will be excited to see the new faces and fantastic cars that come each year to wave hello to them. Any help in promoting this event would be greatly appreciated. I would like to invite anyone who hasn’t made plans or who has a couple of hours to join me in honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our 4th of July. We will be starting at Waveland Veterans Memorial Park. As there is no parking at the memorial itself, parking can be found next door at the Garfield Ladnear Peir (125 N. Beach Blvd, on the left). We will take a break at the Long Beach Pavilion, then proceed to the Biloxi National Cemetery, AKA the Biloxi Veterans Cemetery, and then proceed to the Mississippi Vietnam Veterans Memorial. I look forward to seeing all who can come.
Schedule of events: 0945: arrival at the Waveland Veterans Memorial Park 0955: gather at the memorial. 1000: observe 60 seconds of silence in memory of those lost.
1005: depart for Long Beach Pavilion. 1030 ish: arrive at Long Beach Pavilion.

Jeepers for Trump will lead the parade, followed by all others, Trucks, Motorcycles and who ever else wants to follow flying their TRUMP Flag!
Cruise about 25-30 mph; This is not a race. We want to give President Trump lots of exposure.
8:45am: Stage in Downtown Bay St. Louis park where you can. We will meet along Restaurant row in Bay St. Louis and as you can find parking.
9:00am: Leave from Downtown Bay St. Louis. Follow in Single file following the lead vehicle.
9:20ish: Drop Down to Sand Beach, Approved by Harrison County Sand Beach, from Trautman Ave via Equipment Ramp, to Jeff Davis Ave., Long Beach. Travel about a Mile on the beach, stay in line with markers, please. Mississippi Boaters for Trump will be staged off the Beach to support Trump and Root the Land Loving Jeepers along the beach.
Each Jeep will be required to show proof of insurance and make a donation to "The Woman's Resource Center" in Harrison County. $5 or more recommended as you enter the Sand Beach Area.
9:45ish: Small Break - Pass through Jones Park/ Harbor Area empty parking lot on south side of Hwy 90 near Gulfport Port. Check your ice chest safety. (This may change)
10:35ish: Mississippi Boaters for Trump will be staged off the Old Gornflo's Bar property to cheer on Jeepers for Trump as we arrive onto the Biloxi Ocean Springs Bridge.
10:45ish: End Downtown Ocean Springs (Support Trump; meaning hang out and fly flags)
Once we reach Ocean Springs feel free to enjoy the downtown area or COASTAL DAQUARI in Long Beach, MS will welcome everyone for the afternoon.

As you may be aware, our facility has been on "restricted access" mode since March. It is our highest priority to maintain the health and safety of our Veteran residents. The Car Show starts at 8:00AM- and should conclude by 2:00PM. Mike's American Muscle Cars will be MC and provide music and announcements for the show. Registered car show participants will receive a free breakfast 'biscuit and gravy' breakfast meal. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and prize raffles- closing it out with our awards ceremony where we will award the top 3 cars one of our specially designed "US Battleflag" car awards by Welch's Chop Shop, Louisville, TN. Afterwards we will shift into "Cruise In" mode, where you can go sit at the bar, or hang outside- and just relax- enjoy a cold beverage and visit with fellow car enthusiasts. This is a no fee "OPEN" event so anyone can bring their favorite ride to show off! The festivities will begin at 5:00PM- and wrap up by 8:00PM. This event is an annual Christmas Cruise In with Charles and His wife Debbie with C&D providing music, and fun! Their wonderful sponsors like Middleton Auto Parts, Redbeard's Treasure Chest, Sonic, Mike's American Muscle Cars, and others- are supplying some great prizes for everyone for this Christmas Party event!! These will include 200+ Craftsman tool kit and other Craftsman products, Adam's Car Care products, MAMC "Man-Cave" / garage memorabilia, gift cars, and our "surprise" wrapped raffle prizes- you'll have to be there to see them!!
