You can help prepare a calendar of events, advertise your rod run or car show, discuss any new problems you may have encountered with your particular rod run, exchange club rosters and list of officers, and share any information as well as ideas and suggestions on street rodding in MS. Each club is asked to send at least one representative, but as many as you want to send are welcome. Tear Down for vendors inside the buildings can be at any time. But no vehicles will be allowed to enter the building or pull up to the doors of the building until 5:00 pm and you will have to be out by 6pm on Thursday-SATURDAY SUNDAY they will remain open until 9PM to allow vendors to pack up. The buildings will be secured at 6 PM daily. This will be strictly enforced by our staff. Please prepare for these hours and make plans accordingly. If you cannot abide by these rules then please make arrangements to be moved to an outside space.
A Reminder To Vendors, Concerning Parking Inside The Event Grounds, There Are Designated Vendor Parking Areas And Only These Areas Are To Be Used As Additional Parking Outside Your Vendor Space. This Is Required By Myself, And The City Of Moultrie, And In Keeping In Compliance With The Lease Agreement. All Other Grass Areas Are Prohibited Parking Areas. Applications will soon be available for download from our website: www.mobilebaymustangclub.org. The new venue is Camp Grace, located at 11081 Wanda Dr., Mobile, AL 36608. We are so excited to have our car show at the beautiful grounds at Camp Grace and to support them in their endeavor to provide a safe and wonderful experience for children with health issues and/or special needs. Bellingrath Gardens increased the entrance fees to a level that is not commensurate with our policies and left us no alternative but to find a venue to host our car show without overcharging our entrants and visitors. We want everyone to be safe and remain virus-free during the pandemic and we will do our best to ensure the safety of our participants/guests. Please be respectful of others and remain at a safe distance. It is great to be having our car show again after so many setbacks due to covid-19 and at another beautiful place. The Cpl Joseph Whitehead Marine Corps League, Det #1370, will be collecting unwrapped new toys for the annual Toys for Tots! *For each new toy donation, Mike will give you one free door prize raffle ticket! The Foster L. Harrington Marine Corps League from Mobile will be our car show judges again. Registered car show participants will receive a free breakfast (additional plates available for purchase). There will also be a 50/50 raffle and prize raffles- concluding with the awards ceremony... about 1:00 PM. Awards will include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place- Rat Rod Award, the Commander's Choice Award, and the Mike's Pick MAMC Award. We will meet at the Belk parking lot, Eastern Shore Center, Spanish Ft, AL, about 9:40 am. with a rollout time of 10:00 am. Our route will take the northwestern Baldwin County corridor (hwy 225, 59, hwy 1, and 84) to Jackson, VIA Grove Hill, AL. There will be two scheduled stops for a quick rest/ refreshment/ relief. Once at B's, there will be music and a lot of neat cars. Don't forget to sign up for the prize raffle, and B's will pick one car for their "Top Choice" award!! Tear Down for vendors inside the buildings can be at any time. But no vehicles will be allowed to enter the building or pull up to the doors of the building until 5:00 pm and you will have to be out by 6pm on Thursday-SATURDAY SUNDAY they will remain open until 9PM to allow vendors to pack up. The buildings will be secured at 6 PM daily. This will be strictly enforced by our staff. Please prepare for these hours and make plans accordingly. If you cannot abide by these rules then please make arrangements to be moved to an outside space.

We are so excited to have our car show at the beautiful grounds at Camp Grace and to support them in their endeavor to provide a safe and wonderful experience for children with health issues and/or special needs. Bellingrath Gardens increased the entrance fees to a level that is not commensurate with our policies and left us no alternative but to find a venue to host our car show without overcharging our entrants and visitors. We want everyone to be safe and remain virus-free during the pandemic and we will do our best to ensure the safety of our participants/guests. Mike's American Muscle Cars will be the emcee and provide music and announcements for the show. The Cpl Joseph Whitehead Marine Corps League, Det #1370, will be collecting unwrapped new toys for the annual Toys for Tots! *For each new toy donation, Mike will give you one free door prize raffle ticket! The Foster L. Harrington Marine Corps League from Mobile will be our car show judges again. Registered car show participants will receive a free breakfast (additional plates available for purchase). There will also be a 50/50 raffle and prize raffles- concluding with the awards ceremony... about 1:00 PM. Awards will include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place- Rat Rod Award, the Commander's Choice Award, and the Mike's Pick MAMC Award. We will meet at the Belk parking lot, Eastern Shore Center, Spanish Ft, AL, about 9:40 am. with a rollout time of 10:00 am. Our route will take the northwestern Baldwin County corridor (hwy 225, 59, hwy 1, and 84) to Jackson, VIA Grove Hill, AL. There will be two scheduled stops for a quick rest/ refreshment/ relief. Once at B's, there will be music and a lot of neat cars. Don't forget to sign up for the prize raffle, and B's will pick one car for their "Top Choice" award!! An escorted ride will leave Friendship Park promptly at 11:00 A.M. Traveling to First Baptist Church, 166 Smith Street, Carriere, MS Will drop off toys and or donations at the church. We will have a short flag ceremony before riding to the American Legion Hall, 2500 Union School Road, Picayune, MS. for lunch. Cars & Trucks are welcome to attend.
