Wednesday The before party. Our early birds are invited to cruise over to either The Boiling Point Restaurant or Duffy’s Diner. We will sit and enjoy a meal together. Dutch treat with a full menu of options. Club members will be in attendance to answer questions and welcome you to Cajun Country. NEW*** Registration and the Information desk will be open on Wednesday from 1:00 to 5:00 at Ramada
Thursday Registration opens at the Ramada Conference Center. 8a-5p
Thursday, We will visit Avery Island and Jungle Gardens. Find out why New Iberia is the hottest place on earth. There will be lunch options available.
Thursday Evening-Landry’s Seafood Buffet will be open for all registered guests. It’s dutch treat with a full seafood buffet. There will be door prize drawings, must be present to win.
Friday Registration is open at the Ramada Conference Center 8a-5p.
We will travel East down Hwy 90 to either the Wedell-Williams Aviation Museum Patterson (41.9 miles), or go to the Grevemberg House in Franklin, LA (27.5 miles). Lunch option is at The Forest Restaurant in Franklin, LA. There is reserved seating for our guests and it’s Dutch treat. Next travel to Historic Downtown Franklin where there will be a poker run around Main Street. Lots to see and do in Franklin. A full day for sure!!
Friday evening will be at Bouligny Plaza where we will have a DJ and plenty of food options from our Downtown merchants, Dutch treat.
Saturday Registration is open 8a-12p at Ramada
We will have a poker run through beautiful Iberia Parish. You will start with a “Cars and Coffee” Event at Musson Patout Automotive Superstore. Then cruise over to the Poker Stops and visit Mayor Freddie Decourt’s Gas Station, Jefferson Island, Olivier Plantation Store and Konriko Rice Mill. There are also other places to see which are not Poker Stops but in the area. For example, Shadows on the Teche, Books Along the Teche, Victor’s Cafeteria and The Bayou Teche Museum. Lunch option “Bon Creole” or “Cafe Jefferson”
Saturday Night we will have a “Fais Do-Do” at the Ramada Conference Center where we will have food and music for our Registered Guests
Remember, Pre-Registration ends April 31st. You can register online at Eventbrite by searching for Cruisin Cajun Country 2021 or you can print and mail the registration attached to this email. You can also find the link on our website cruisincajuncountry.com under the Events tab. By Pre-registering you will pay $60. Starting May 1st, registration is $75. Remember that registration includes one free T-shirt.

Other info for you…The Ramada is still taking reservations for rooms. Call 337-367-1201 to make yours. The Isle of Iberia is again offering $28/night RV spots. You just have to tell them you are coming for Cruisin Cajun Country and they will give you the discount. Please know that we are doing our best to bring you a great event with lots to see and do. We are keeping in mind that there are still some concerns about COVID-19. We have been very conscious of the health and safety of our guests, our venues, our club members and everyone involved. We have planned for things to be mostly outside with plenty of room to move around.
