May 14-16 New Iberia, LA 17th Annual Cruisin' Cajun Country. It's going to be another great event. There will be lots to see and do with a full schedule of great places to visit. Wednesday The before party. Our early birds are invited to cruise over to either The Boiling Point Restaurant or Bon Creole. We will sit and enjoy a meal together. Then cruise over to the Poker Stops and visit The Abbeville Downtown Farmers Market and Artisan Fair, The Train Depot Museum, Abbeville Cultural and History Museum and Art Gallery and The Acadian Museum in Erath. Saturday Night we will have a “Fais Do-Do” at the Hampton Inn where we will have food and music free for our Registered Guests (NOTE-Arm Band required to enter and BYOB) We will draw the winner of the Photo Scavenger Hunt, must be present to win! May 22-25 Gulfport, MS 43st Annual Gulf Coast Memorial Day Blowout. EVERYONE WELCOME. Motorcycle enthusiasts worldwide travel to Gulfport, Mississippi, every year for the Memorial Day Blowout. This annual event celebrates the freedom and community that come with riding on two wheels and is known for its heart-pounding races and lively atmosphere. Several decades ago, a group of dedicated motorcyclists got together, intending to create a special event to honor the memory of those who had made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. This event came to be known as the Gulf Coast Memorial Day Blowout. They aimed to establish a meeting place where motorcyclists of all backgrounds could congregate to bond over their shared passion and experience shared thrills. The Blowout has expanded in size and popularity over the years, with exciting events and drawing in alike from all over the country and the surrounding region.
